It was Sunday so it must be Cedar Planked Salmon

I soaked the plank in white wine for 4 hrs. then buttered it

Seasoned with Southern Flavor Garlic Seasoning, Dizzy Pig
 Raging River, and Dill Weed. And then Lemon juice
On the Grill Grates in the BGE @ 425*
Now do these look Wonderful! Done in 12 min.
Served with asparagus and Red Potatoes from Jackie's garden.
 This was truly a Wonderful Dinner

Peruvian Marinade Chicken

Marinade overnight in the fridg. took it out of the marinade 1 hrs.
 before putting on the BGE
BGE preheated @400* the Chicken has been roasting for 10 mim.
Pulled @ 1 hr. 165* interior and let rest for 15 min.

This turned out delicious and served with a mixed salad 
that Jackie made

Grilled Salmon on a wine soaked Cedar Plank

Soaked a Cedar Plank in white wine for 4 hrs.
Buttered the plank before I put the Salmon on
Seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raging River, Southern Flavor Garlic
Seasoning, Dill Weed, and Lemon
All seasoned and ready for a short grill
On the Grill Grates in the BGE direct @ 425* 12 min.

A couple of lime seeds but I sure looks like it wellbe wonderful,
served with Sait'e Broccli that Jackie made. And it was!

Grilled Rib-eye Steaks


Seasoned with Southern Flavor Charbroil Seasoning, and 
Southern Flavor Garlic seasoning
On the BGE for 12 min. @ 475*
Beautiful! The steaks looked and tasted wonderful,
 I love this seasoning!
