Grilled Salmon on a Cedar Plank and Grilled Romaine


Cedar plank bathing in some Pinot Grigio Wine for 6 hours
Two pieces fresh Atlantic Salmon on a buttered Cedar Plank that 
was marinaded in Pinot Grigio wine for 6 hours Seasoned with 
Dizzy Pig's Raging River Rub, my favorite Salmon rub now, 
Chipotle RuB, fresh Dill, and lemon.
Ready for the Big Green Egg Salmon and Romain for grilling.


Now for the Grilled Romaine.




This again was a wonderful Sunday Night Dinner served 
with Steamed Cauliflower with Sharp Cheddar Cheese, and 
Grilled Romaine with Red wine vinegar and parmesan cheese.
 This was truly a very mouth and mind meal!

Game On Grilled Pork Chops

Started with two potatoes on the grill @ 375*

Two nice Pork Chops seasoned with Himalayan pink salt. 
pepper, and Dizzy Pig's Game On. with half a small container.
Potatoes are done.

Grilled @425* direct for approximately 12 minutes. 

Served with steamed broccoli, and baked potato. This new 
seasoning Game On is a wonderful seasoning I plan is 
to try it on all the food groups.

Slap Yo Daddy Rub Grilled Chicken Thighs

Defrosted three chicken thighs and seasoned with Slap yo 
Daddy Chicken Rub and put back into the fridge 
to blend with meat.

Grilled @400* for 20 minutes

Served with baked potato that I baked in the BGE The Slap 
yo Daddy Chicken Rub was delicious addition to the chicken
 as I remember it.

Grilled Rock Cod and Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

1 lb. Rock Cod that Jackie's Son Rich brought us that he caught
in Northern Ca. this spring. Seasoned with Dizzy Pigs Raging 
River Rub my usual for fish, Chipotle Rub, and Dill.
The fix-ins for Zucchini.



Zucchini took about ten minutes to fry all.
The Rock Cod grilled for two minutes a side.

Served together and a very tasty meal

Grilled Ribeye and New York Strip Steak

Two Steaks seasoned with Himalayan salt, Pepper, and 
Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks.


On the Grill Grates @425* 6 minutes a side direct.

My isn't that pretty! Grilled 6 minutes a side.


Served with baked potato with sour cream and green onions, 
romaine salade.

Grilled Chicken Thighs

Four chicken thighs seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raging River 
Rub, Chipotle Rub, Hungarian pink salt, and pepper.


On the Grill Grates @400* for a total time of 25 minutes.


Served with Black eyed Peas and Bacon, and leftover 
Spinach pie. Very tasty.
