Smoked Chicken Pot Pie

3.5 lbs. Chicken Thighs with salt and butter seven in all
 The BGE is humming @225* I'm going to smoke these 
for 1.5 hrs.
Pulled from the skin and bones
Brought together brought to a boil then simmered  
BGE now @375* for the bake
Going to rest for 15 min. then serve
This was O so good very tasty another keeper
