Grilled Fresh King Salmon on a Cedar Plank

A little over a pound of King Salmon.
Cedar plank soaked in water with butter on the top.
 Seasoned with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub and Chipotle Rub 

On the Grill @450* with dome closed.

Pulled @ 20-min.
Served with Mac and Cheese, and Saute Brussels 
Sprouts. The Salmon was cooked just right
 and wonderful after this I well always soak the Cedar in
White Wine.

Grilled Chicken with Dijon and Meyer Lemon

But first my new Grilling Gloves that was sent to me for a 
evaluation from Mr Grill
With my old ones

 My Grill Grates @350* I really like these
 Chicken on the Egg I marinated overnight and grilled @350*
 Turned over @ 30-min.
 Pulled @ 165* interior
Served with Saut'ed vegetables that Jackie made they 
were as wonderful as the chicken. The Gloves are feel 
good wearing and give you the confidence you 
need to handle hot pieces in your Smoker and Grill

Sausage and Paxo Baked in Crescent Dough

The fixings 
 Mixed with 2C of boiling water sausage and butter,and into the 
fridge overnight
Ready in the Lg. Green Egg @ 400* for 25-min.
 Pulled @ 165* interior and rested
Served with scrambled eggs and salsa. A tasty new 
Years morning meal
