Millionaire Brisket with Coffee and Beer Mop Sauce

5+lb. Brisket
Yellow Mustard and the Recipe Rub
In the fridge for 2 days and a bacon weave
On the Egg @ 225*mopped with sauce on the hr. for 6 hrs.
internal 160*
 Wrapped with sauce and cooked to 190* internal @ 275*
Sliced and ready to serve
Served with salad and mashed potatoes. The Brisket with
bacon was wonderful and the rest of the meal was the
best that I ever cooked
