Grilled Salmon on Ceder Plank

Salmon with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub, Chipotle, 
and Myer Lemon on a Buttered Ceder Plank that has 
been soaked in Pinot Grigio for 4 hrs.
On the Egg @ 400* for 25 min.
Served with a wonderful artichoke that Jackie 
made a truly great dinner
