Grilled Rib eye and new Temp. Gauges

3 in. Smokeware temp.gauge, Vented chimney, and Ultra 
Bright Grill Light
So easy to read
Two bone in rib-eye steaks with Southern Flavor and Pepper
On the Grill Grates @ 5oo*
Served with baked potato and salad. We loved the 
steaks seared at high heat. I really like the new temp. gauge 
and the light on these short days is a definite plus

Slow-Cooker Texas Chili on the BGE

I started out with these ingredients and finished with more  
Browning 2.5 lbs. Tri-Tip cut to 2 in. pieces  
Onions and garlic sweating 
The rest of the vegetables  
Hatch Chiles going in
Pulled @ 7 hrs. it was very spicy hot put in the fridg. over night

The next morning I added red potatoes and Beef Bouillon and 
sauted for four more hrs. to tenderize the meat it was tough. 
In the end it turned out very nice and tasty like it should

Grilled Shoyu Chicken

 Marinaded in the fridg. for 5hrs. going on the grill @400* 
about 35min.
Going to pull and let them rest for 10min.
On the plate and ready to eat a real good Chicken meal with 
Brussels Sprouts

Albuquerque Grilled Pork Tenderloin

1.4lb. pork tenderloin with Albuquerque Rub, has been marinading 
in the fridg. for 3hrs.
The Egg is up to temp. 400* direct  
 Now doesn't it look really tasty?
Pulled @ 135* direct
Served with baked potato and cauliflower and baked potato 
We love this recipe moist tasty, another keeper

Cowboy Cut Ribe Eye Steak for two

Found Brussels sprout stalk at Trader Joes and Romaine 
too Grill with Ceasar dressing and Blue cheese
Two inch Rib-eye on the Grill Grates @ 400* Seasoned with
 salt, pepper and Southern Flavor Rub
Pulled @ 128* interior temp.
Romaine cut side down with Caesar dressing
Turned to roast the Blue Cheese for two min.

 We love this cut of meat it grills just right, Jackies 
Brussels sprouts were perfict as well as the grilled
 romaine a wonderful meal

Two Prime Tri-Tip's and Two New Accessory"s for BGE

Stainless Steel Chimney from Smokeware
And this great little grill light; both are real great accessories.
Two tri-tips marinading in two different recipes in the fridge
The russet potatoes for 1hrs. @ 425*
I added some frosted plastic to spread out the light

This meal turned out great with the two different marinades.  
They were both wonderful. The twice baked potatoes with 
sour cream, caramelized onions, milk, cheddar cheese 
and bacon were fabulous also.
