Slow-Roasted Bone-In Pork Rib Roast

6 lb. Bone in Pork Loin been marinaded in the Fridge overnight
 on the Egg @ 225* indirect with apple wood for smoke.
 Drip pan has Apple Cider in it
Pulled @ 135* interior
 Took out the plate setter put on the GrillGrats and raised temp.
to 400*
It looks wonderful I bet it taste as well

Jackie cooked a 20# Turkey with stuffing in the bird and in the 
oven, I think we can feed this gang
Jackie making Gravy its almost time to eat
 It's wonderful to have the Family over Great Time, 
Great Friends and Great Food a Wonderful time was had by all
