Six Hour Marinaded Tri-Tip

The fixings for the marinade
Try-Tip has really gotten expensive
Tri-Tip is ready to go on the grill as well some
 potatoes I'm going to grill
Seared for 6-min. a side @400*
 Resting so I can put the raised grid on
I'll roast it until the interior @128*
Rested for 10-min. before I carved it
Served with grilled Yukon gold potatoes and Kale
 simmered with red onion and bacon. 
The Tri-Tip was delicious as well as the
 Kale the potatoes needed more work
