Slap Yo" Daddy Smoked Short Ribs

I used Harry Soo's Original Meat Rub on the Short Ribs
 marinated in the Fridge for 3-hrs.
While the ribs wormed to room temp. I made some 
Aussie Titch Potatoes
Short Ribs and Potatoes in the Egg @275* indirect pulling
  internal temp. 165* about 2-hrs
After 1-hr.
 Served with Jackie's Saut'eed Kale. We loved the Short Ribs 
the potatoes, next time I'll use fresh corn
