Smoked Cumin and Ginger Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Pork tenderloin Rubbed with Cumin, ginger root, garlic and 
red pepper
 I'm going to smoke these tenderloins with avocado wood
 On a raised grid @ 350* turning every min. until a internal
 temp. 140*
Let it rest for 10 min.
Served with steamed brocccoli and smashed potatoes 
that I cooked with vidalia onion, fresh garlic,
 butter, white pepper, and salt
Was a great meal
