On the grill @ 350* on a raised grid
 After 1 hr.
Trader Joe's Rack of Lamb

Seared on the grill @400*
 Roasted on a raised grid until internal temp. 138*
Rested for 10 min.
Served with asparagus Roasted Potatoes Yummmmm
