Pecan-Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Raspberry-Chipotle Sauce

Two Tenderloins and two Baked potatoes
I put the Bakers on first @375*
 Then the Tenderloins with Sadie watching, 
Jackie my Wife did all the slicing and 
dicing she is such a great help and a accomplished cook.
The potatoes have been on for 45-min when I put the Tenderloins 
Pulled the tenderloins after 20-min. interior temp. @147*
This was another wonderful meal, served with 
Steamed broccoli and Perfect Baked Potatoes on the grill

Red- Wine Braised Oxtails

Oxtails and Vegetables

 In the Dutch oven indirect legs up on the plate-setter @ 450*

 Closed the bottom Vent to reduce the heat and browned the veg's

Added the Wine and Beef broth

 Got the temp. down for 3 hour braising

 After 3.5 Hrs.

 Took the oxtails out and poured the braising liquid thru a 
fine sieve
 The braising liquid and oxtails after it was cooked down

Served with salad and garlic mashed potatoes, a very tasty meal
