simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours or 'til beans are tender.
During this time liquid smoke (remember, a little

The ranch beans come just in time for our Texas BBQ next weekend (East TN blogger get together at the lake). I've been looking for a good ranch bean recipe to cook along while my beef ribs smoke. Thanks!
